Labor, bin the cruel entry ban bill for good

Email Labor MP and Senators now and tell them you want to see a more compassionate approach to Refugees in Australia.

The Migration Amendment (Removal and Other Measures) Bill 2024 passed the lower house in March 2024. It is critical that we stop this cruel Entry Ban and Deportation Bill ever passing the senate or anything similar being brought back before the parliament.

Labor’s attempt to ram through the entry ban and deportation bill earlier this year is a scary example of the how the government is totally out of touch.

This is a cruel bill likened to Donald Trump’s 2017 ‘Muslim ban’ policy that we need to ensure the government bins the bill for good.

Amnesty International is calling on our members and supporters to contact their local Labor MPs and Senators to ensure we never see this bill or any other bill like it pass through our parliament.
